Juventus is having one of the best season in recent years so far. They are on first position without losing a single game at the very half of the championship, which is very rare situation for such a strong league, and are one point above Milan, but although their goal isn’t Champions League spot but to win the title -it should be said that they are in a very comfortable situation regarding Champions League tickets as have six points more then fourth positioned Inter. They are out of the European competitions for this season and can fully focus on getting the best possible results in domestic competitions. Win over Atalanta on the road (2:0) last weekend, proved that Juventus is in a really good form, not only due to victory, but also because of dominating the opponent for the most of the game. Juve’s coach Conte is expected to make some small adjustments in the squad as Simone Pepe and Claudio Marchisio are unlikely to be risked after picking up injuries last weekend against Atalanta.

Roma, on the other hand, entered this season looking much stronger on the paper, but they needed much more time to start playing good football. Now they have five victories in a row, against Cesena, Chievo, Bologna, Napoli and comfortable 3:0 win at home over Viola. Not only they are winning, but their attack is working perfectly fine with a 15:2 goal difference in these five games. Still, they are only on sixth position in Serie A, but have started to improve their record and position after almost every round. In comparison to their opponents, guests are having little more problems regarding squad as Daniele De Rossi is not fit yet, while Marco Cassetti, Nicolas Burdisso and Pablo Osvaldo are long term injured.

Both teams are in a very good form right now, looking at the form and strength of the possible starting XI team, hosts are maybe in a little advantage, but still open and attacking game is expected where both teams should score at least one goal.
