FC Pro Vercelli sits on 20th position in the standings in Serie B, with only four victories after eighteen rounds (4-2-12 16-31) and 4-0-5 11-14 at "Stadio Silvio Piola" in this period. In fact, the hosts should be at the last spot in the standings, but US Grosseto and Novara Calcio were penalized with six and four points respectively due to a Federation decision.Giancarlo Camolese' team has only one victory in six games since the beginning of November (1-0-5 3-13), as this victory came against another team from the bottom half of the league table (FC Pro Vercelli - Vicenza Calcio 2-1 on 01.12.2012).Each of the other five games was lost, including the previous two games at this stadium (FC Pro Vercelli - Modena FC 1-2 on 10.11.2012 ; FC Pro Vercelli - FC Crotone 0-2 on 17.11.2012).The main reason for these negative results seems to be in the fact, that Giancarlo Camolese has young and unexperienced squad, as only a few players in this team have experience in Serie B - Francesco Cosenza (defender), Massimiliano Scaglia (defender), Gaetano Caridi (midfielder), Manuel Scavone (midfielder), Vinicio Espinal (midfielder), Simone Tiribocchi (striker) and Marcos de Paula (striker).

The Yellow-Blues lost their last game on Wednesday (AS Cittadella - Hellas Verona 2-1 on 12.12.2012), which was the second defeat for Andrea Mandorlini's team in the last three games.These two defeats came away from home (Brescia Calcio - Hellas Verona 2-0 on 01.12.2012 ; AS Cittadella - Hellas Verona 2-1 on 12.12.2012), but I doubt, that the visitors (who are rated as one of the best teams in this league) will allow another disappointing result, especially against one of the weakest teams in Serie B this season.

Hellas Verona sits on 3rd position in the standings (10-5-3 30-16 / 4-2-3 16-12 away from home in this period), as The Yellow-Blues still have good chances to win a direct promotion for Serie A at the end of the season.My bet is on the away team in this clash.
